Returns & Exchanges

At Brand Partner Swag Co by Keepsake Crafters, many of our products are custom-made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that are correctly produced as ordered.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will gladly replace or refund an item if:

  • The item received is defective or damaged.
  • The wrong item, size, color, or design was sent due to our error.

To request assistance, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Made-to-order apparel and merchandise.
  • Orders with customer-provided artwork, logos, names, or personalization.
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • Color variations resulting from screen or monitor settings.
  • Orders approved by the customer prior to production.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please email us at support@brandpartnerswag.co and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect, damage, or error

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the cost of replacement shipping.

If a return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Custom orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
